Originally from Winnsboro, LA, Ty earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Louisiana at Monroe and began a teaching career before transitioning to real estate. Myra Davidson serves as the Sales Coordinator at Magnolia Estates, where she has enriched the team with her expertise for over 14 years. With a robust background in the manufactured home industry, Myra brings dedication and a deep knowledge base to her role. She has been happily married for 33 years and is a proud mother to three beautiful daughters. Myra values her position at Magnolia Estates greatly, appreciating the company’s commitment to honesty and integrity. She believes in treating all employees and customers like family, creating a welcoming and trustworthy environment for everyone.

Since joining our team in August 2023, Nikki has quickly become an indispensable member of Magnolia Estates. With extensive experience in the manufactured home industry, Nikki excels in parts sales, rentals, and managing loan payments, ensuring every customer finds just what they need with ease. Outside the office, Nikki is devoted to her family. She's a loving mother to her son Maddox, who is 14, a caring aunt to her 4-year-old niece Kimber, and a supportive wife to her husband Buster. Nikki's ability to balance her professional responsibilities with her family life is nothing short of inspiring.

My Nguyen has been the Service Manager at Magnolia Estates for 30 years. Born in Vietnam on September 10, 1966, he moved to the USA at age 12 and now resides in Vicksburg. He studied drafting at Hinds Community College, where he met his wife, Ranita. They have been married since 1987, have two children, and seven grandchildren. My is a devoted family man, a Dallas Cowboys fan, and enjoys hunting. He became a U.S. citizen in 2014. Known for his integrity and dedication, My is a valued member of the Magnolia Estates team.

Leo began working at Magnolia Estates during the summers while still in high school, helping out around the lot. After graduating from Warren Central, he started working full-time and has since held various roles at Magnolia Estates, including parts, rentals, in-house loans, and now service, where he has been for three years. Leo works well with our customers to ensure the steps after the home is delivered are a smooth transition. During this time, Leo has also become a father to a very special and strong little boy named Liam.

Meet Phillip, a proud Ole Miss graduate and a native of Vicksburg. Having grown up around the manufactured housing industry and gaining hands-on experience during summers with Magnolia Estates, Phillip brings a wealth of knowledge and a passion for helping families find their dream homes.
